Berlin, Germany-Pforreal a rappers, singer and song writer from Ga-Sekhukhune in Limpopo now living in Berlin released an impressive debut love song called “colors of love”.
South Africa’s number one village boy in Berlin has been in the music scene in South Africa working on the branding and marketing side of the business. Since moving to Berlin the rapper has made some changes to his approach and switched his focus to producing and making music. Pforeal effortlessly proves his versatility with this highly musical offering.
Giving an unfiltered peak into his personality and skill set. He describes his sound as a unique fusion of Pop, Afrobeat and Hip Hop which he calls Urban Afro Music/Afro-fusion. Urban and modern but never too far from African musical roots, which emerges from the South African culture and the African sounds of Steve Kekane, Lazarus Kgagudi, Fela Kuti and Ismael Lo.
Ever Since artist such as King Monada, Master KG from Limpopo and Nigerian artist Burna Boy have been burning up the chart internationally especially in Europe, Pforreal is well positioned to carry the African flag in Europe. There is a global move towards African music more now than any other time in history. This has given rise to a huge number of successful artist and cross continental collaborations among African artist. Pforreal has a vision with his music to promote a NEW AFRICA, to normalise being African and proud living abroad while remaining connected to one’s roots. He has been working with producers from Zimbabwe, Nigeria and Trinidad.
