GROBLERSDAL: The Sekhukhune born author, editor, journalist, motivational speaker and the founder of popular local newspaper, “Focus News/Magazine” shocked his followers when he released his debut gospel album titled, “Mphe Matla”.
The album is currently receiving airplay at various radio stations and is leading the Gospel Top 10 progmmes. In his talk about album he collaborated with his cousin brother, Liver Digomo and recorded at Black Ronco Music Production.
The album is available at all digital stores and can be downloaded. The mid-fourties persona says he used the Covid-19 lock down period to record his music and now he is ready to hit to road and showcase the world
what he can offer. Abicky told our reporters that he always wanted to heal people’s hearts, from early age he have been singing at Catholic Church Choir and later joined Solly Matseba as his backing singer and the group called Limpopo Brothers.
When quizzed about whether he Is happy with his musical journey, he couldn’t mince his words when saying, “ I am at peace, this is what God has anointed me with the spirit of praise and worship to minister hi s Kingdom”. He further announced that soon South African will see him on their television screens because he has already finished shooting his music video to be televised on the SABC gospel programmes and other community television such as 1Gospel or Dumisa TV.
