TOYOTA TOP SALES FIGURES FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST

The motor industry sold a total of 45 679 new vehicles – Passenger, Commercial – in August 2023. While this figure is slightly up on the July 2023 figure of 43 575 units, it is 3.1% down on August 2022 (47 155). The main drag is the Passenger Cars segment which fell from 31 015 in August 2022, to 28 951 last month. However, it remained higher than the July 2023 sales of 28 040.
So these are the top 15 best-selling car makers in Mzansi for August 2023:
